The Current Project Is Going Well!

I Cannot Thank You Enough
The floor demolition and installation seems to be just about finished and kudos to each and everyone who was part of this effort. Without a doubt each and everybody that came into our home treated it as if it were their own – very clean, professional and polite. They worked away and kept us updated about their progress. It was a tough job and we thank everybody for keeping it on time. Not an easy feat! Richard – arrived early, stayed late – got a ton of work done – he didn’t want anybody held up because of him. And then he was part of a team that installed the subfloor on Saturday – makes for a long work week!
Joel was here very late Sunday night getting the kitchen floor installed and was here Monday morning with Joel #2 to get keep the job on track. Yes, he ran into issues but he stuck with it – I am confident he was quite tired when he left. He was very exacting in the installation and his insistence on quality is obvious in the final product.
It was refreshing to us that in a day and age where short-cuts could have been taken and we probably wouldn’t have known, this is not Tile Tech’s philosophy nor is it the practice of any member of the team who worked at our house.
The floor looks wonderful – the walls are getting painted and we will be getting our new cabinets shortly.
I cannot thank you enough for the quality customer service we have experienced. Please pass along our appreciation to the gang who worked here – it was a very positive experience!
