I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and your fabulous staff for making my dream bathroom come true! Randy the "tile guy" was dead on with his accuracy and patience to perfection. Mike (in showroom) provided guidance all along the way making sure I didn't leave anything out, and answering my daily quiries and ensuring a vast undertaking be done to specification.
I Commend all your crew for the fabulous work, you made my dream come to life. You have surpassed my expectations and I commend you all! I am so pleased with the final results! Thank you once again for the fabulous work, I hope others experience the same feelings of "total fulfillment" with a job exceptionally done with a friendly and helpful staff guiding you all along the way. Frank, to say we're delighted would be an understatement! I had my first look at the finished master bathroom this morning - it looks great! Randy did a fabulous job. The hardwood looks great also - as does the fireplace. Thanks to the team at TileTech things have really come together the last couple of weeks.

Tile Tech installed ceramic tiles in our hallway and kitchen recently and did a wonderful job. Many of our friends and neighbours have commented on the difference it has made to our home. Tile Tech completed the job on time and were meticulous in every way. I would recommend them as very professional with a highly skilled staff.

Frank was very helpful in finalizing our home improvement projects which involved laminate, tile and carpet. He was either on time or early and efficient in his work habits. He helped us choose the tile and carpet required to complete my wife's design for our master bedroom and en suite. The end result was fantastic. Frank has worked on several projects including one that our choice of product was not suitable which upon partial installation Frank advised us we would not be happy with the end result. We later used that product in another room and the difference between his recommendation versus the one we had purchased was significant. We ended up using Frank's recommendation again for the next project. I recently had the pleasure of seeing another tile and laminate installation done in Ottawa. Very similar design and lay-out. The install was not up to Frank's quality and the cost was significantly higher.
